Taamal is a platform that acts as a resume builder for both job seekers and employers. Employees can create profiles, evaluate skills among expertise, and apply for jobs. Employers are able to look for candidates, compare skills, and have expert advice about needed skills. Most importantly that this was the formal website for employment statistics for the ministry of employment in Qatar.
Problems & Solutions
Terminology issue with different titles
Users can add more than one title to the same profile.
Users creating profiles with not enough information to have statistics and to appear in search results.
Adding a condition to profile creation to finish at least 30% which is done by adding 3 skills minimum.
