Design challenge is about creating a design experience for bus drivers and agencies to help them report emergencies on the spot.
Problem

Creating user-friendly interface with seamless design and clear language for drivers.

Encouraging drivers to rely on the system by confirming the delivery of their message with real data of dispatcher name or employee evolved.

Collecting reports daily from drivers to follow up on each error and do maintenance on time.

Using mics in case of emergency to calm down passengers and guide them with instructions.

Creating a lockdown to the bus system and opening doors remotely to enable passengers to leave.

Hiding camera to transmit real footage in case of hijacking or emergency.

Having an SOS button to report emergencies instantly.
